That's three more tournaments completed for the 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP) at the Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas!
On Day 32 of the series, three more bracelets found their way to three more happy winners. The first of these winners was Lonny Weitzel, who raked in $356,494 for his win in the $1,000 Super Seniors tournament.
The second bracelet went to Blaz Zerjav who scored a nice $153,487 win in Event #69: $1,500 Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo 8 Or Better.
The third and final bracelet of the day went to Rainer Kempe who won his first bracelet in double-time in the one-day Event #72: $10,000 Super Turbo Bounty (8-max).

Shiina Okamoto has the chip lead at the end of Day 2 of the $1,000 Ladies Championship. Okamoto is the defending champion and was the runner up in this event in 2023.
A total of 206 players cashed, with the money bubble breaking early on Day 32 of the series.
Among those who have already collected their cut of the $1,203,840 prize pool are players like 2023 WSOP $1,000 Ladies Championship winner Tamar Abraham (625,000), Poker Hall of Famer and three-time bracelet winner Barbara Enright (565,000), Susan Faber (850,000), Farah Galfond (600,000), Allyn Shulman (295,000), and Jessica Marks (217,000).
Juliet Hegedus (1,450,000) is just behind Okamoto in second place, closely followed by Una Kelly (1,260,000) in third.
With just 50 players left from the 1,368-entry field, Okamoto is in good shape to defend her title when she returns at midday today.

Esther Taylor Makes History as Second Woman to Final Table $50K PPC
Seven players remain in Event #66: $50,000 Poker Player’s Championship.
Six-time bracelet winner, Michael Mizrachi leads the field seven years after winning the event for the third time.
Mizrachi has around a third of the chips in play with a stack of 10,440,000 in chips that towers over Andrew Yeh's second-place place stack of 5,285,000. In third place is Bryn Kenney with 5,045,000.
Esther Taylor, in sixth, has made history as the second woman to final table the Player's Championship. She has 3,170,000 in chips.
Several big players were eliminated today including Matthew Ashton, Ali Eslami, Justin Liberto, Christopher Vitch, Mike Matusow, Erick Lindgren, and Joao Vieira.
The seven remaining players are all guaranteed at least $175,096 from the $5,162,750 prize pool when they return at 3:00 p.m. local time.

Event #73: $1,500 Eight Game Mix set a joint record for attendance, matching the 2023 edition of the tourney for largest turnout with 789 players.
Altogether, the entrants put $1,047,398 into the prize pool. But just 167 of those players remained when the tournament director announced the end of play for the day.
John Cressend ended the day with 497,000 in his bag, putting him at the top of the leaderboard. Brad Ruben follows in second, leaving a wide margin with just 397,500 in his stack and a recent bracelet in his pocket and two-time bracelet winner Xixiang Luo is in third with 357,700.
Jon Turner (323,000), Scott Abrams (290,000), and Brandon Shack-Harris (266,500) were also in the top ten.
Some other notable bags included Chad Eveslage (196,000), Yueqi Zhu (180,000), Jake Schwartz (141,500), and Daniel Negreanu (55,000).
The survivors will be back at 1:00 p.m. local time today. Play is scheduled to continue to the end of level 25.

Day 3 of Event #68: $3,000 No-Limit Hold'em at the 2025 World Series of Poker culled the remaining 127 runners down to just 16.
With $6,242,460 in the prize pool, the first-place prize is set at $830,685. Plus, everyone left at the last two tables is guaranteed at least a $39,091 return on their buy in.
Fabrizio Gonzalez leads the final 16 with 11,525,000 in chips. He is followed by Yilong Wang (8,375,000) and Martynas Vitkauskas (8,300,000). All three players will be first time bracelet winners if they're sharp enough and lucky enough to take the gold.
Other players who found a bag include Romain Lewis (7,225,000), Yuliyan Kolev (7,200,000), Ren Lin (4,925,000), and Olivier Busquet (3,575,000).
Several notables made Day 3 but were moved on to other tourneys and/or the bar before they could reach the money. These players included Arthur Morris, Jessica Vierling, Marle Spragg, Upeshka De Silva, and Chino Rheem.
Some players who did get to collect a check on the way out were Stephen Song (87th - $10,094), Dylan Linde (80th - $11,491), Dan Sepiol (33rd - $26,069), and Ari Engel (31st - $26,069).
The action for Day 4 will start at 12 p.m. local time today and will continue until a winner can be declared.

With its big buy in and specialized variant, the Event #71: $10,000 Limit 2-7 Triple Draw Championship usually attracts a small field that is dense with the very best poker players.
Sure enough, the list of players to bust on Day 1 of the event included poker legends Phil Ivey and Daniel Negreanu as well as sharks like Eric Wasserson and Bryce Yockey.

Event #67: $300 Gladiators of Poker hit an enormous 16,144 entries with one more starting flight to go. Day 1c brought in 7,941 of those players of which only 204 survived to join the Day 2 field.
Oscar Peleg came out on top of the Day 1c field with 7,285,000 in chips. He overtakes the previous chip leader, Jonathan Kirch, who holds 5,110,000 in chips.
Joseph Butler (3,275,000) and Nicholas Naughton (2,735,000) came second and third on Day 1c.
Day 1d, the final starting flight of this event, begins at 10 a.m. local time today. However, PokerNews's traditional live coverage will start, along with Day 2, at 11:00 a.m. tomorrow, June 29.
